In our injection moulding production, we process almost all thermo-plastics, thermo-plastics elastomers and special transparent and totally clear materials - on machines with a locking pressure from 250 to 3,500kN. One and two component parts with an injection weight of between 0.03 to 1,500g can be manufactured with a wall thickness of up to 35mm. For particular applications we use inmould, insert and gas cushioning technology.

Unsere Werkzeuge stellen wir selbstverständlich im Haus her. In unserem Werkzeug- und Vorrichtungsbau entstehen Spritzgießwerkzeuge bis zu einer Größe von 600 x 1000 mm und bis zu einem Gewicht von maximal 2000 kg. Unsere besondere Stärke: die Entwicklung und der Bau von Werkzeugen für 2-Komponenten- und komplexe 3 D-Teile. Selbstverständlich arbeiten wir im 3-Schichtbetrieb.
