Tool making and manufacturing
Since the very beginning, ADOMA has had its own powerful and experienced tool making, including Charmilles, DMG and Hermle 5-axle machines. Previously, ideas about 4 pro-engineer workstations are brought into art-off-friendly manufacturing modes. Plastic parts are produced exclusively on precision machines of the brands ARBURG, ENGEL and Krauss-Maffei from 35 to 650 tons. Even larger items are handled in general business with colleagues in the vicinity.
Processing
Further processing is carried out on facilities of Kamman special machines, Tampoprint, Branson, fpt robotic with Kuka 6-axis robot as well as various self-developed and implemented automation units.
Printing and joining processes
State-of-the-art but also proven printing methods such as tampon, sieve and screen flat printing, special dry offset printing are all-encompassing technical possibilities in addition to thermal transfer and laser engraving. Joining processes such as heating element welding, ultrasonic welding and gluing in various designs are a constantly emerging challenge for more than 40 processed materials.
6-day week and delivery
The 6-day week guarantees low unit costs - if necessary and in seasonal business, sometimes 7 days are worked to meet the market requirements. In addition to long-standing forwarding agents, the delivery also takes place with its own fleet for ship-to-line or just-in-time logistics.
