Before we get down to the practical side of things, we check the feasibility of each project.
For complex tasks such as calculations, simulations and case studies, we use CAE/CAM. For the subsequent prototype manufacture, we generate virtual 3D models which are used to create 3D-printed, stereo-lithografic or laser sinterd models.
The product development and the tool construction are than carried out using CAD systems Pro/Engineer and AutoCAD. Extensive tests and test series to optimize the product are the last stage in the development phase.
