We focus on the subtleties.

In our injection moulding manufacturing, we process almost all thermo-plastics, thermo-plastic elastomers and special transparent materials - on machines with locking pressure from 250 to 8.500kN. 1 to 3 component parts with an injection weight between 0.03 to 1,500g can be manufactured with a wall thickness of up to 35mm. For particular applications we use inmould, insert and gas cushioning technology.

Our tools are, of course, manufactured in-house. In our tooling and jigs and fixures shop, we manufacture injection moulding tools in sizes up to 600 x 1,000mm and weights up to a maximum of 2,000kg. Our particular strenght is the development and construction of tools for 2 and 3 components and totally transparent parts.
